At T2 we are in an unrivalled position to offer you care and management of your Fotech hardware. Our founders are the original Fotech Helios DAS technology pioneers, having been instrumental in the design, development, and commercialisation of the original product range. At T2 these founders are complemented by engineering colleagues who have a rich background in software development, production testing, fault diagnostics, and field commissioning of Fotech products.
Whether you require a simple maintenance plan for a single Helios DAS interrogator or a bespoke premiere plan for your full multi-unit monitoring solution, we have you covered.
Service Plans
We offer three variants of our basic package, the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Service Plans for Helios interrogators and Panoptes Alarm Management servers, or you can contact us directly to discuss your bespoke requirements.
Extended Warranties
We offer bespoke one-, two-, and three-year Extended Warranty options for your Helios interrogators, which may be purchased independently or as part of a tailored Service Plan & Warranty package.
