Technical Training

Overview

T2 is founded by former academics and industry pioneers with a rich history of educating and mentoring.

We have many years experience of developing and delivering training courses for all end-users of distributed sensing equipment, from oilfield Production and Field engineers to Product engineers and Client end-users. Courses delivered ranged from Optical Fibre Handling and Safe working practices to complete, in-depth training programmes for Field Engineers and system operators.

Thus, whether you simply require new engineers to be trained in the use of Fotech’s legacy DAS interrogators and systems or require a team of field engineers to become commissioning experts we are here to help.

We currently offer extensive courses in:

  • End-User Commercial Operations
  • Field Commissioning
  • Event Detection
  • Optical Fibre Cables Introduction
  • Optical Fibre Cable Commissioning

Courses can be provided onsite or at our Stanhope Farm facility and can be evolved relevant to the required skill levels, from introductory to full competence. Courses range from one day to 18 weeks.
